Pediatric dentist allegedly overused restraints, nitrous oxide

A pediatric dentist in New Hampshire is facing disciplinary action for professional misconduct for allegedly overusing physical restraints and nitrous oxide, as well as performing too much dental work during single appointments, according to news reports.
