Poor oral health linked to colitis, Crohn's disease in mice

Failing to take care of oral health could result in more than cavities and other dental problems. Inflammatory bowel disease, which includes ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, may be linked to poor oral health, according to an animal study published on June 16 in Cell.
