Alberta creates dental fee guide to chomp down on rising costs

Alberta was the only province without a dental fee guide, but it is expected the new published fee guidelines will put downward pressure on the amount patients are charged. Albertans, who currently pay more for dental services than any other Canadians, should expect "downward pressure" on costs under a fee guide being implemented next month, says the Alberta Dental Association and College.
