Natsis appeal of impaired driving causing death conviction to be heard Tuesday

Christy Natsis is appealing her conviction of impaired and dangerous driving causing death after her SUV crossed the lane and struck the truck driven by Bryan Casey. Six-and-a half years after Pembroke dentist Christy Natsis drove across the centre line of a highway and killed Bryan Casey, a 50-year-old father of three, the Ontario Court of Appeal will hear arguments on Tuesday about why she should be acquitted or ordered a new trial.
