4 habits that create chaos and ways to change them

When you think of chaos, you might think of a situation that is out of control. However, as practice management consultant Jen Butler writes, chaos is usually the product of small, well-intentioned steps that add up to a loss of productivity and maybe worse. She details four habits you might be unknowingly doing and how to change them.
