Do's and don'ts for delegating for greater success

As the practice's primary producer, you can raise production dramatically by delegating virtually all nonclinical responsibilities to staff members, Dr. Roger P. Levin writes in his latest Practice Success tip. Just as important, delegation gives the practice greater flexibility in day-to-day operations, and it empowers team members to excel and take pride in their work.
