Mayor Anita Dugatto beat back a strong challenge from Board of Aldermen President Carmen DiCenso in a primary on Tuesday to run for a third term as the city's Democratic mayor. Dugatto won victories in the 1st and 2nd wards to hold off DiCenso strong showing in the 3rd.
