A central Arkansas man was in shock after his 5-year-old daughter came home from school and said she had been to the dentist, without his permission. According to KARK , Charles Witcher made several phone calls to Capital City Lighthouse Charter School and learned A-Capitol Dental picked his child up and took her to their office.
