TWO unlicensed dentists, who were earlier arrested for practicing illegal dentistry in Davao City, are already facing charges before the court. Charged with violation of the Republic Act 9484, or The Philippine Dental Act of 2007, are Rezil Talisic Estoy and her husband Joelan Lubis Estoy.
