Roslyn Pilmar, 60, who is suspected in the 1996 killing of her husband Howard Pilmar, pleaded guilty to tax fraud in Manhattan Criminal Court. A dental hygienist accused of murdering her wealthy husband admitted Tuesday to cheating the state and city out of $10,000 in taxes.
