The effort to bring a new dental clinic to Pipestone that would provide services to low-income individuals is moving forward. Al Olsen, CEO of the Alexandria-based nonprofit organization Caring Hands Dental Clinic, told Pipestone County Commissioners during their Jan. 9 meeting that the perfect scenario would be to build a dental clinic at Pipestone County Medical Center .
