Canajoharie dentist pleads guilty to forgery

A Canajoharie-based dentist accused of stealing money from patients in April 2017 pleaded guilty to second-degree forgery last week in court, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kelli McCoski. Martin Sorbero, 63, of Hagaman will be sentenced April 12 and will serve anywhere from one to three years in state prison, McCoski said.
