A Fortuna man who allegedly operated a Fortuna dental clinic under fraudulent conditions was back in court on Wednesday for an arraignment on a new charge. Mazair Eshghipour, also known as Michael Eshghipour, who already faces four felony counts, pleaded not guilty to an additional charge of elder abuse.
