Goodwin College is offering free dental care for children in East Hartford this Saturday as a part of the Give Kids a Smile program. On Saturday, February 17 ,free dental services for children will be held at 403 Main Street in East Hartford from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This is a part of the Give Kids a Smile program, which was nationally launched by the American Dental Association in 2003.
