3 tips to make cross-training work in your practice

While cross-training seems like a great idea, the fact is that practice leaders can't expect team members to fully understand positions beyond their own in just 10 to 15 minutes of training, practice management consultant Sally McKenzie writes. She advocates that practice leaders should think beyond the short term for longer-term gains for the practice.
